Class Cancellation Policy
Please know that class slots are limited and by signing up for a class, a seat is reserved for you to the exclusion of other potential attendees. Our instructors work very hard to prepare for their classes and sometimes even travel to be able to teach here at the shop. Due to these and other factors, class fees are non-refundable.
In the event you cannot make it to a class that you've signed up for, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to work with you and put the cost of the class towards a future one with the same instructor. In the event that the class is cancelled by the instructor, we will be happy to automatically put the cost towards the rescheduled class or we can apply it to a future class by the aforementioned instructor.
Whether or not a class has make-up days for absent attendees is solely at the instructor's discretion. The dates/times for potential make-up days is dependent on the availability of the instructor as well as the availability of the shop's staff and our classroom area.
