March 9th - 13th at the Islander Hotel and Resort, Emerald Isle NC

Sew with us for lots of fun stitching, visits from the quilt fairy, demos, mini classes and more.

*Cancellation Policy- 7 days prior to event to receive full refund. Must received request in writing.

Your Hotel reservations are your responsibility.
You will be given a code to receive a discount rate for a room if you choose to stay at the Islander.

#1 Priority will be given to those who staying at the hotel. Once the mandatory rooms are filled Day Sewers will be called in the order they have signed up on the waitlist to fill in the available spots.

#2 No Picking Spots

#3 Show up time on Sunday is 2pm No Exceptions

#4 Meals are not included in the Retreat Fee. We will give a list of places to eat in the area

#5 You will receive a discount code for the hotel reservations by email after we have recieved payment for the retreat. Give at least 24 hours for me to send it to you.

#6 Everyone who enters the ballroom must have a membership lanyard. You will receive your lanyard when you first sign into the Ballroom on checkin day.
